Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package during transit.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
Tracking Issues
If your tracking information has not been updated for several days, this does not necessarily mean that your package has stopped moving. In some cases, carriers may experience delays in updating tracking information.
If you experience an issue with your tracking number or delivery, we recommend checking directly with the shipping carrier first.

Delivery Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Orders Shipped Separately
In some cases, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
This can happen due to package weight, product availability, or because certain items are dispatched from different fulfillment locations.
If you receive only part of your order, there is no need to worry. The remaining items are usually delivered within an additional 1–3 business days.
